Mobile Application License

KT Memorial Hospital grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our mobile application ("App") on your personal mobile device, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

License Restrictions

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, loan, or sell the App

App Store Terms

Updates

Push Notifications

By enabling push notifications, you consent to receive:

• Medication and prescription alerts
• Health fund subscription updates
• Important healthcare notices
• Promotional messages (with separate opt-out option)

You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

Health Fund Subscription Terms

KT Memorial Hospital offers health fund subscription plans across multiple tiers (Bronze, Copper, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum, Elite, and Family Package) that provide various benefits and coverage for medical services.

Subscription Plans

Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or annually)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You will receive a reminder before each automatic renewal
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App or by contacting us
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• You will continue to have access to benefits until the end of your paid period

Usage Limits

Each subscription tier has specific usage limits. Usage is tracked and reset according to your billing cycle. Exceeding limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions.

Telemedicine Services

KT Memorial Hospital offers telemedicine services including video consultations, chat consultations, and virtual follow-ups through our mobile application.

Consent to Telemedicine

By using our telemedicine services, you consent to:

• Receiving healthcare services remotely via electronic communication
• The limitations of telemedicine as described in these terms
• The recording of sessions for medical record purposes

Limitations of Telemedicine

Technical Requirements

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring a stable internet connection
• Using a device with a functioning camera and microphone
• Being in a private, well-lit location during consultations
• Having the latest version of our mobile application installed

Appointment Cancellation

Telemedicine appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Payment Terms

Payment for services can be made through our mobile application or website using:

• MTN Mobile Money
• Airtel Money

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Mobile Money services. We do not store your Mobile Money PIN on our servers. You will receive a confirmation SMS from your mobile money provider after each successful transaction.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Refund Policy

Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve disputes promptly.

User-Generated Content

Our services allow you to upload, submit, or transmit content including:

• Medical documents and images
• Profile photos
• Feedback and reviews
• Messages to healthcare providers

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload:

• Is accurate and complete (especially medical information)
• Does not violate any laws or regulations
• Does not infringe on the rights of third parties
• Does not contain viruses or malicious code
• Does not contain inappropriate or offensive material

License to Your Content

By uploading content, you grant KT Memorial Hospital a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing our services. We will only share your medical information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate. Medical records are retained according to regulatory requirements.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website and mobile application, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of KT Memorial Hospital or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
