ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a responsible and experienced professional to coordinate health marketing and community outreach activities. The role involves planning, supervising field teams, community engagement, and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and supervise community outreach activities
• Train and manage field marketers
• Engage community partners and stakeholders
• Ensure ethical and accurate communication of services
• Prepare simple activity and performance reports

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Degree in:
• Marketing
• Public Relations
• Business Administration (Marketing option)
• Community Development
• Social Work / Development Studies
• Public Health (community engagement experience)

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Experience supervising teams is an advantage
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and ethically
