Yes. You can renew anytime through
the website or mobile app once activated.

What if I forget to renew?
Your benefits will stop
automatically.
Once you pay again, your membership becomes active immediately.

Yes. Upgrading to a higher tier is
allowed at any time.

Can I register my family members?
Yes. The Family Care Plan
covers up to five (5) dependants.
If a family has more than 5 members, they may:
Add the extra members under a Company/Corporate tier,
OR
Open an additional Family account, OR
Register the remaining members under individual
tiers.

Are my payments safe?
Yes.
All payments go directly to official service providers like telecome
companies, commercial banks and incase
of any balance to K.T Memorial Hospital accounts and verified merchant
codes.
K.T Memorial Hospital has been operating for over 13 years, and the
Health Fund was opened under legally binding hospital documents,
ensuring full security and transparency.

Are membership fees refundable?
No.
All membership fees are non-refundable, whether a client has used
services or not.
This ensures fairness and sustainability of the fund for all members.

Do I need to present my card every visit?
Yes. Your KTHF number or
digital/printed card must be shown before receiving services so the system
can apply your benefits correctly.

Can my card be used anywhere else?
Yes.
Your K.T Health Fund card can be used at all K.T facilities across Uganda
(current and future branches).

Can someone else use my card?
No.
Membership is personal.
Only registered dependants can use a Family Plan.
